Cancellation Policy

A sales tax of 5% will be added to the hall rental fee. The payment for a hall rental denotes a signed contract. Fifty percent (50%) of all rentals can be refundable only during the 30 days after the payment date. If you need to change the date, a transfer fee will be charged. The new date must be within six months from the original date, thereafter full room rental is required. All contract charges to include but not limited to food, beverages, linen, decorations, taxes and gratuity are due and payable fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the event. Gratuity of 18%, besides the State of Wisconsin sales tax of 5%, will be charged on all charges, with the exception of the hall rental. Additional charges are payable the day of the event. You will receive full terms and policies with your Banquet order.
